Lauren Pienaar graduated from the Anglo-European College of Chiropractic with distinction in 2010. She has since run a family practice in South Africa where she treated people of all ages and with a variety of personal goals regarding their health. Due to the number of athletes coming through who competed at junior, national and international level, Lauren completed her International Certificate in Sport Chiropractic in 2019. She worked with athletes at the 2018 and 2019 Ironman South Africa events as well as the 2019 Ironman 70.3 World Champs.

Lauren’s goal is not just to get you feeling good, but to enable you to enjoy your body and be amazed at what it can achieve when it is working well.
