Helen Lynam

Nutritional Therapy

Helen Lynam has a first class honours degree in Nutritional Therapy, obtained at the College of Nutritional Education and Lifestyle Management based in Wokingham (affiliated to Middlesex University).

Helen is a Master NLP practitioner, and has undertaken further NLP training specialising in weight issues, and has studied with the National Centre for Eating disorders. Helen also has extensive experience in working with those with Chronic fatigue, ME and fibromyalgia.

She is a member of the NHS Directory of Complementary and Alternative Practitioners, a Senior Associate member of the Royal Society of Medicine and is a full member of BANT (British Association of Nutritional Therapists) and the CNHC (Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council).
